Matthew Pellow recently joined the FSH Design team offering 11 years’ experience in film and production. Born in Canada but raised right here in Grand Cayman. He spent 4 years in St. Catharines, Ontario at Ridley College and 6 years at the University of Toronto where he received a Specialist in Theatre, Major in English, and a Minor in Film. With a history of weddings, music videos, short films, and theatre productions he strives to bring a new quality of passion to FSH.
When not in the office you will most certainly find him in the theatre, writing scripts or playing dominoes. Some might say he has a theatrical quality about him, **Slams domino**. Being a Caymanian has influenced his life in the ways of a higher respect towards people and his surroundings. Matthew prides himself on spreading positive energy and influencing the world to be even more wonderful!
Marketing Manager / Graphic Designer
Ileana, or as we like to call her: Ily, recently joined the FSH design team bringing 10 years of experience in the graphic design and marketing world. As if the last name didn’t give it away, Ily is a native Caymanian. She has a passion for good design, good food and anything sparkly – like the ocean on a hot, sunny day.
Ileana earned her degree in Graphic Design from the International Academy of Design and Technology. It was obvious while at work that marketing and design go hand in hand so she pursued another Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of South Florida before returning to Cayman. In addition to her graphic design experience abroad, Ileana has gained experience in social media, events, and PR.
If she isn’t doting over the use of white space or smart packaging, you can find Ileana at the beach enjoying island life to the fullest – trying to catch a turtle selfie, at the gym attempting to become a kickboxing ninja, or she will be eating. Yes, definitely eating something cookie or taco related.
Francesca recently joined the FSH Design team and offers 12 years’ experience in the graphic & web world. Born and raised in Grand Cayman, she ventured to Ontario where she graduated from Fanshawe having studied Multimedia Design and Production
Francesca is a creative designer versed in all things typography and is best friends with CMYK, she is also fluent in html. She loves the color cyan affectionately otherwise known as blue and we won’t hold it against her.
When not in the office you are almost certain to find the current Rotaract Blue President at a Rotary/Rotaract related event. She loves giving back to her community, on the off chance that her calendar is free its taken up pretty quickly by an impromptu family gathering or a cinematic adventure – got to keep up on the happenings of the movie universe.

She is interested in all areas of design and marketing, but her specialty is websites, apps and video editing and production.
She’s also an avid animal advocate! Caramel – her “Cayman” dog has a passport and will travel. Caramel is the one who is currently living abroad with Martha in Ohio and braves the cold, harsh winters. She has proven to be a trooper and if you check out Martha’s facebook page – you’ll see Caramel wrapped up in her snow jacket, playing in the snow!
Founder of FSH Design / Marketing Consultant
Renee has more than 20 years of experience in the Advertising and Marketing Industry. More than 15 of those years have been spent in the Cayman Islands. Her graphics career started in the newspaper industry, where she credits the daily deadlines and the constant rhythm of non-stop production of the newspaper to her ability to balance so many tasks at one time. She also worked in the Trade Show industry, Event Management and Marketing industry.
Then her feet found the sand and she fell in love with Cayman. Not long after, she met her husband and the rest has a fairy tale ending…with the wedding and the children and the whole sha-bang! Island life is great and her spare time is spent with her family.
